SAARC Road Maps

In fulfilment of its mission and mandate the SAARC Disaster Management Centre has developed Road Maps on different aspects of disaster risk reduction and management through a consultative process involving all the Member States, various scientific and technical organisations, NGOs, other stakeholders and resource persons in the region. Based on these Road maps priorities have been fixed in the short, medium and long terms and a number of programmes and activities have been initiated at the national and regional level for implementation of the Road Maps. The specific Road Maps that have been developed are:
